The USA Cycling National Development Teamandrsquo;s Peter Stetina took 10th-place in the opening 7.5-kilometer prologue time trial of the Tour de Landrsquo;Avenir on September 5 in Challette-sur-Loing, France. Three of his teammates also placed within the top 25, putting the National Development Team amongst the top squads in the early going of the contest easily considered the worldandrsquo;s most prestigious multi-day race for riders under the age of 23.
